We use bio-based raw materials in our existing tooling board formulations. We offer tooling solutions for direct-to-part tooling in carbon fibre production. This means you can reduce the number of steps in your manufacturing process by removing the need for a mould tool and enabling components to be manufactured directly from the master model or pattern.

Our durable HD PU tooling boards are engineered for repeat use, enabling you to extend the product lifecycle and reducing the need to replace tools as often compared to standard tooling materials. Buoyancy modules can be refurbished through our repair service to extend their usable life and maximise use. Smaller offcuts of tooling boards can be bonded together to create larger blocks, reducing material waste. 

Our innovative Recast tooling material takes your redundant patterns and moulds as part of a pilot scheme for UK-based customers, and processes them to create a novel, medium-density, high-performance material with a low CTE.

Rather than sending all of our waste to landfill, we are working with our supply chain to increase the amount of waste that we recycle or reuse from material production to packaging. This is part of our ongoing carbon reduction plan.
