A unique copolymer formulation, engineered to meet the demands for both high-performance and low-density, these materials can be widely used in submarines, ROVs, and AUVs. Â
The closed-cell structure of the material, results in a high water resistance and ensures buoyancy is maintained over time. Â
Shallow water buoyancy materials are available in a wide range of sizes and thicknesses ready for use. Â
Finished shallow water buoyancy modules are manufactured to exact customer drawings and specifications with the option for the addition of a polyurethane (PU) protective coating for abrasion and impact resistance. Custom markings and the addition of custom paint finishes is also available. Â
